Demystifying Results-Based Management (RBM) for Effective Proposal Development

13:00 to 16:30

In today’s dynamic and results-driven environment, institutions need to ensure that their projects and programs deliver tangible outcomes. Given that major funding agencies (GAC, GSO, WHO, UN, etc.) require results-based management (RBM), it is an important skillset for professionals in this field aiming to expand their work in international projects.  This RBM workshop is designed to equip participants with the foundational knowledge to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate projects using this tool. Using travel risk management as the background theme, this workshop introduces participants to the RBM process as a starting point to design compelling proposals that emphasize outcomes and impact.

Please note that this workshop will be facilitated in English, however questions can be asked in either official language.
