Why Choose the EcoEd Express?
By choosing to travel by train from Toronto to Ottawa, you’re joining a community of like-minded professionals who prioritize sustainability in both personal and professional spheres.
Sustainable Travel
Trains produce significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions compared to cars and planes, making this a great option for those looking to minimize their carbon footprint. Your choice to travel sustainably contributes to the broader efforts of CBIE, guard.me, and Via Rail Canada to promote climate action in international education.

The EcoEd Express offers a unique opportunity to connect with fellow conference attendees before you even arrive in Ottawa. Share ideas, participate in a pre-conference session, and build lasting connections—all while enjoying the scenic journey through Ontario.
Comfort and Convenience
With spacious seating, a box lunch, onboard Wi-Fi, and the ability to move around freely, travelling by train is both comfortable and productive. Catch up on work, prepare for the conference, or relax and enjoy the ride.
